Local Miyajima specialty

Yep this is anago (穴子) of the common Japanese Garden/Conger eel. Normally quite vicous, but this one's certainly ad the mickey taken out of them.
And I can say, that I've never met a Japanese meal that I didn't like, and 穴子 is no exception!
