Assembling a car - and something that I can't show you.

These pics demonstrated two small parts of the assembly process.
The first part of the car that is assembled is the wiring as show in one of these pictures.
Then the body and finally the engine.
It takes 15 hours in to assemble a car as it goes through each of the assembly stations taking 1 minute 48 seconds.
What I can't show you is the next part of the exhibition as we were asked not to take pictures for obvious reasons.
We were taken into the actual factory and saw the two production lines and cares being assembled.
The production lines are over 2 km long - unbelievable to see. We saw one of the many robots putting in a car dashboard as well as the employees working incredibly fast. The assembly line runs 24 hours a day non stop in three 8 hour shifts. This was an unexpected and amazing highlight of the tour.
Sorry for having no pics.
