The weather was gorgeous when I took this pic and there were thousands of people wandering the heritage trails. This didn't stop the enjoyment though.
ONe of these pics is taken from a distance and is the view you see while approaching the pagoda. The other view is quite close to the pagoda and, by taking a look at the people at the bottom of the picture, hopefully you can get some idea of the scale of this.
