This young man is ready for anything. People wear the masks as they offer protection against the huge amount of pollens released in the air. Like many, this man has no intentions of missing out of the celebrations.

Incidentally, if you think masks are an overreaction, you've never had hay fever. Also, I saw a Westerner in my hotel convulsively sneezing nonstop. It's no joke for people who suffer from it.
