Anyone for sea-urchin?

This is a specialty dish of Hiroshima called 'unihore' which literally means sea urchin and spinach, which pretty well describes it.
The taste was really different and took a few seconds to get used to, but then we attacked this dish with gusto. Very nice and very different.
