Books gu leòr

Every time I come to Glasgow, the first place I come is the Còmhairle nan Leabharichean...

When I get to the shop, I look for anything new. In the first few years I came (around 2002) there would be half a dozen new items every year. Now, every year I come, there's so much new stuff - absolutely incredible. There's obviously a renaissance in Gàidhlig publishing.

The people who work at this shop are so welcoming, and full of great suggestions and help.

The CDs are great too - you can see my new bag of goodies.

Ps the word 'gu leòr' means galore, and it comes from Gaelic...

As I only get here every ye
