When in Kyoto 2...

This little notice was on the table and I was trying to understand it and can my Japanese friends/colleagues help?
I think this is a guide to some common Kyoto dialect words. My guess is that I'm sure I heard something like Akini instead of arigato which would then explain the first line. Presumably the other lines are then other words.
Just a guess! Dear Japanese friends, please explain next time we meet!
